There are a few housekeeping rules for you. 

Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late that cuts into the time you have available. Meaning if you are 10 minutes late you only have 50 minutes in your session.

Cancellations must be made with 12 hours advance notice in-order to be rescheduled at no additional charge. 

If you miss your scheduled appointment no refunds will be issued. You will have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment.
