Ohio State University MEDPATH Program

The Ohio State University College of Medicine has the MEDPATH post baccalaureate program where you will have a chance to prove your fitness for a career in medicine.

Only fifteen people are accepted into the program each year, but if you are successful in completing all three components of MEDPATH you will be admitted into the College of Medicine without having a lag year.

  • histology
  • genetics
  • physiology
  • medical terminology
  • medical ethics
  • pharmacology

The last part of the MEDPATH program is six-weeks in duration over the summer and is called the Pre-Entry Program. Here you will take courses in:

A conditional acceptance to the College of Medicine is awarded upon your successful completion of the Pre-Entry Program.
